HSn70A Brass Tube With Highest Malleability, Stable General Corrosion Performance For Construction And Industrial Product
1. Description
Trace arsenic can inhibit dezincification corrosion and further improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy. HSn70-1 has good mechanical properties, HSn70-1 tin brass is used to make heat exchangers and pipes contacting corrosive liquids, especially widely used in inland thermal power plants to make high-strength and corrosion-resistant condenser tubes of heat exchangers. In recent years, it has been proved that the corrosion resistance of HSn70-1 alloy can be improved by adding trace elements such as boron and nickel. HSn70-1 has the tendency of stress corrosion cracking, so it is necessary to carry out stress relief and low temperature annealing for cold working pipes. HSn70-1 is easy to crack during hot pressing, and the content of impurities should be strictly controlled
